At Noughty USA, we want you to love your hair care journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and meet our eligibility criteria for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
